Dear: Mr Jon I have watched your videos on Facebook and on TV. I love the way you rescue restaurants and help them to have good food and have better services. I have a problem with this other restaurant here in County: South Africa Province: Free State City/Town: Bethlehem The name of the restaurant is Watashi Spur Steak Ranch restaurant here in Bethlehem. Sir yesterday we ordered onion rings and crisp mushrooms. But what we got was smelling onion rings and one large crisp mushrooms instead of two. It smelled as if they haven't changed their cooking oil in a very long time or in years. They tasted like they were put inside of an overcooked oil. At first Watashi Spur Steak Ranch was a very nice place to go eat at and their service was excellent but now it seems like it went from the Best to Zero. I so wish Mr Jon could come here and rescue Watashi Spur Steak Ranch because as a customer I'm not happy and satisfied with the food and services of this restaurant and its a place where everyone likes to go. As a customer I feel like this restaurant needs to be rescued before a someone falls sick with the type of food they cook and drinks they make. I feel like the staff need to be retrained and the cookers need to be rethought how to cook Spur food and bring that Joy and Happiness back together. I'm just a customer who is just concerned about the restaurant remembering how it brings Joy and Happiness to family and friends. THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS AN URGENT RESCUE. 🙂🙏🏾
