I was really looking forward to the premier, but I have to admit I was rather disappointed. If you need to insert fake audience laughter to let the viewers know something was supposed to be funny, then your comedy writing needs work. The fake laughter is a negative distraction. I felt the "comedy" was also quite shallow, and the lines were oddly predictable. This didn't seem like any other Chuck Lorre sitcom's I've watched and loved. I'm really hoping it will improve because if it doesn't, it won't be on long.
