I am have been retired for ten years as an PE/HE teacher in Phila. and my morning ritual is to have a delicious cup of Wawa coffee, reading the newspaper, and , more importantly, watch the Today show til 11. I love how the entire cast interacts with each other and uses a lot of humor throughout the show. Along with the daily food episodes which I love to see Craig dive into each dish, the Today show is the best. However, I have one issue. During your food segments when the finished product is present and while the chef is explaining how it is prepared, I think it is very unhealthy and irresponsible for the cast to sample the finished product and then sample it again, putting the same spoon or fork in the food!… kind of like “ double dipping”..why don’t they put a sample of the food into their own little bowl to taste. Why dip their fork or spoon into a large casserole and then re-dip. If I were a cast member, after I saw that, no way would I taste that product. This has happened many, many times and I don’t understand, especially with knowledge of bacteria/ disease going around, why this hasn’t been brought to the staffs attention??…Anyway, love the show and will continue to watch but , please pass this on. Thank you for your time..Bob
