It seems that all the characters have lost their minds, combat training and are completely unprepared in every situation. Minor spoilers ahead but perhaps this is all a figment of my imagination because Aizen somehow tricked everyone into reviewing this as a 5 star show. The new enemy appearing out of nowhere without any signs and being super OP in every situation somehow perfectly predicts that every captain will go against orders and give up their bankai. Show goes completely against all expectation, starts reminiscing about the most uninteresting luitenant for no reason. Ichigo gets another new power out of nowhere and a bombshell truth gets revealed after all this time as a sidenote. Just not impressed.
