Valerie “Valeriebunnies”

I saw this on Netflix recently. I do like Amanda seygfried. But I had no sympathy for her here, she seemed a little spoiled and unwilling to help herself or be helped. That could be the fault of a few lame flashbacks about her dad perhaps being abusive to her as a child, but it's never fleshed out. I have unfortunately suffered from ptsd and depression due to a very abusive mother. From my experience this woman would have done everything in her power to get help for the sake of her children

Read the book years ago. Although the series is different in some ways, it doesn't take away from it in any way. I absolutely loved the show. Great acting!
