When I first started watching this show, I thought it was quite enjoyable. Nothing to scream about but pretty wholesome. There was a good combination of humour and seriousness, tastefully put together. It just felt like I was watching somebody's real life, not a TV show, which was nice because it was relatable. But when I got to season 3, I found the show started becoming unbearable to watch. Dev was almost completely out of the picture and Denise became the protagonist. Although quite unusual, I thought it was an interesting perspective and I had hope that the story would grow into something worthwhile. Unfortunately, I felt the show got pretty dark and emotional. The filming was quite beautiful and it evoked a range of emotions in me that I assume was the goal of the director, which would be totally fine if it was pure drama but I also signed up for something funny and lighthearted. I had certain expectations based on what I watched in season 1 but it was a let down in the end. I am disappointed :')
