Easily the best animated film of the year. Hell, best film of the year. Period. The acting is spot on. Jack Black’s performance of Bowser is perfect. And Peaches, is a literal masterpiece. Chris Pratt’s performance of Mario is really good, and I was not expecting Seth Rohan’s performance as DK to be pretty good as well. Visually, it looks spectacular. The soundtrack is nostalgic, and give you that vibe the whole time. Oh, and the Easter eggs are just everywhere. Really makes you feel like a kid again. I’d go watch it two more times if I had the change. Very excited to see what else could happen with Nintendo movies (Mario Movie 2 or Zelda Movie, anyone?)
