Ridiculous customer service. Bus is more than 2 hours late and nowhere to be found. No agent / customer service has no idea where the bus is or when it will arrive. The next greyhound bus is tomorrow, and there is no compensation for the incredibly delayed departure.
Greyhound’s partnership with FlixBus has significantly degraded their quality. Spend the extra money and book a train or at least Peter Pan, or risk never getting to your destination, being stranded with no refund or compensation. Unacceptable and ridiculous.
