FreeVee was offering the 1993 Movie with Emma Thompson. They used the preview for it and it looked really intriguing to me. I decided to give it a go and instead what started playing was the 2012 black and white one. I was very confused. I thought that was how the movie started. Black and White in a modern era... So I kept going for at least 15 minutes before I felt FreeVee must have made a mistake. I could not get past the 15 min. Nor did I want to. The rendition felt stale and unlively and very dull. I don't even know what the point of them shooting in black and white was. Did nothing to make it more artistic.
