Apparently, the grouper signals the octopus the location of fish hiding among the coral. The octopus understands the grouper's communications. The viewer sees the grouper and octopus swim side by side in a murderous union to the coral reef. The viewer sees the sharing of a rock tool being handed to a chimp friend enabling the latter to crack open a nut. The viewer is seeing a dimension of animal behavior never captured on film before.
