It's a failed attempt to stand unique in my opinion. The anime style effects feel off on the normal graphics. I would have loved a fully anime graphics for example or only an enhanced realistic graphics. The gameplay is frustrating. It's not satisfying even for arcade games. Story execution feels childish. It's meant for younger audience and it's hard to enjoy it as an adult or a car enthusiast. It gets boring too quickly. It's a shame that the NFS series is getting lost.
