This is probably a textbook example of how to borrow the name of a masterpiece and truly butcher it's reputation. If you want to know the importance of great directing, this one hits it out of the park. Same set of actors yet such a horribly messed up storyline. Character arcs tossed out of the window and an ending which makes absolutely zero sense. I can't emphasise more on how deceiving IMDb ratings are. I actually stopped eating my meal to write this review. If you loved Sicario, then please do your self a favour and don't watch it. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID.
