heartbreaking, visually stunning, dramatic....shattered me and left a haunting memory. of course, the tragedy is nothing compared to the tragedies experienced by Palestinians in Gaza, who are actively being genocided by israel at the moment,

Stunning filming. Beautiful soundtrack. Captivating story. I watched this twice and would watch it again. The story is believable—although extreme. There are a lot of happy stories of workers who go to the Gulf—unfortunately those don’t make for a good movie. Labor laws have also been drastically reformed so I urge viewers not to judge the Gulfs treatment of workers based on this one movie. I particularly enjoyed the portrayal of the character of Ibrahim, the angelic yet mysterious black hero. Loved the religious references and the gorgeous contrast of the desert with the lush rainforests of India. A masterpiece

Deep, dark, cerebral, enigmatic masterpiece that is worlds away from your typical shallow superhero flick. Powerful music and imagery is complemented by superb acting by Joaquin Phoenix. This movie is about how society creates criminals. I’m still thinking about it days after watching!

Gut wrenching, horrifying yet much needed movie about the reality of child exploitation and trafficking that exists today. Everyone should watch this movie.

Beautiful, heart-breaking, suspenseful. I wish I could give it 10 out 5 stars. Rani did an amazing job as an actress. A very accurate portrayal of something that happens all too often in today's time.
