how are all these highschool kids 40 years old? I'm gonna continue watching this and pray that it gets better because normally justin long is attached to mostly inoffensive perfectly digestible kinda stuff -but so far it's pretty hard to watch and the direction for the highschoolers is terrible, there is zero charisma between any of them and it's just real hard to watch. Also I thought this was for children but I guess I was wrong.. the old goosebumps was creepy but still age appropriate, this is not creepy but definitely not age appropriate for most children (it's full of weird teenaged vague sexual angst and adult life problems). I enjoy the shot design and a lot of the colour selection though? the cinematographer did a bang-up job and that was the additional star I gave this on top of justin long who again, was fine.

Decent pacing/10 Decent story/10 Acting is pretty alright (to someone who doesn't understand korean) Dialogue and character choices -100/10 When your only reason for a story to happen is "mUh human emotiOns are so comPleX" and everyone has to be arguing and messing up everyone's day every five minutes, You have written a bad story. Not just that, but your characters are bad and people won't see any reason to like them or continue watching.. It's even worse that the show seems to be aware that its two main characters are awful nonsensical narcissistic people and constantly has other characters putting up with their garbage. I guess if anything it stands to show people that behave this way a little glance in the mirror

Half way through the first episode I was confused. Why does this have an R rating, I thought. I like the characters but they're all pretty normal, the voice acting is great and the animation clearly has a lot of heart and soul in it bu- oh oH GOD he just swiss cheesed that dude o-o-jesus what- so from basically here on I'm convinced that it's one of the greatest animated series of all time. The plot and all the characters are so well justified in every way I just can't say enough good things about it.

I have never seen a series of so oddly mismatched characters with such bizarre writing in a universe that took itself this seriously. The plot is interesting, heck even the characters are interesting, but to put into words how straight up confusing this show is, here is a casual joke the protagonist's love interest makes across the table at dinner with her girlfriend's parents. "Don't look at me like that, at least MY dad is still alive 😏" The protagonist then responds by laughing and throwing a pillow at her after hearing this awful comment. Friends in this show are all chummy one scene, and the next they'll be chewing each other out in a brutal fashion over nothing, and for some reason every single witness interrogation seems to be some weird 'herstory' believe all women thing rather than fbi agents actually gathering objective information, and to make matters weirder, every guy just nods on in agreement like "oh damn you're so brave sistah". Every scene in this show leaves me cross eyed. If you're willing to accept this bizarre universe itself it isn't boring to say the least, but I just can't wrap my head around the dialogue choices or character dynamics at all..
