Haven’t seen the movie yet. Found the book and characters in it compelling and occasionally hilarious until Bernadette vanishes. The resolution is contrived and not very satisfying, sort of “everything will be okay.”
Cate Blanchet will be wonderful in the role, always lends depth and gravitas.
