This movie is a fantastical, brilliantly written piece of animation but very creepy and disturbing for young children. Parents, please take note. My son was about 8 when we watched it together and I misjudged the storyline and content; as a result he and other children I know had nightmares for a few days after. Of course he is considerably older now and appreciates it much more ....... we never tire of watching it over and over again.
