Story was incoherent. Musical more than a movie. Zero story about shanks and his crew. Uta is shoved down your throat the entire movie. The one fight scene shows a nano second of EVERY character in the anime while a rainbow comes all over you. Full of plot holes and God help you if you don't know much of the anime. Clearly an aweful bait and switch because it had nothing to do with shanks, just some unknown pop star that we're supposed to care about. Just aweful.
