I usually really like German films, especially with their sense of humour.
Unfortunately this film is total rubbish. Don't know what others see in this. It's not funny, it's not scary ... it's just not recommended.

Subject is very good. But acting is so unconvincing. I agree with previous reviews. Julian Moore does look like Ellen Page's mother and Ellen Page's constant sad doggie eyes & frown didn't do it for me at all either. I think the original documentary from 2007 is much better! Watch that one.
