what can i say? the title is accurate Sierra Burgess is a loser. Her character brings down what could have been a great movie. I hate Sierra Burgess. Jamey was too good for her. Her parents were too good for her. Dan was too good for her. Her fricking English teacher was too good for her. VERONICA was too good for her. This movie should have ended with Sierra ending up alone. She deserves it. I hope Jamey breaks up with her and gets with Ronnie; like, they had much better chemistry. I would have loved to see Jamey tell Sierra she was dating her out of pity 3 years later!!! Let's talk about the fact that she committed sexual assault and catfished the guy for the entire movie. No character development, barely any remorse for her horrible and ILLEGAL actions. She blames all of her actions on her being insecure due to her appearance. UGHHHHHHHHH she sucks so bad. (Also, did anyone else think Dan was girlypop? like I was sure he was and then he shows up with a girl at the end??? .)

I'm sorry, I just did not like the romance between Four and Tris. When guys are mean to be "cool" I cringe so hard. So, when Four was mean to Christina at the beginning, for example, it just gave bad vibes. I don't like people with bad personalities. And he's not as cute as I was expecting. Caleb's better-looking, in my opinion. Most importantly, the chemistry between Tris and Four is so sad. "Be Brave," says Four. What are you, her creepy uncle? He really could be. As for the rest of the film, it was just alright. Nothing special; The Hunger Games is much better.

the book was so much better. This movie is so sad; it does not do the book justice AT ALL. To think, this is my favourite book series, and this is my least favourite movie. What the fudge is blood magic? Also, it does not capture the essence of classes or any of the major events, including the Sophie Trap in the Trial by Tale which is such an iconic scene. And why is Tedros so meh? And the uniforms????? And who is Agatha's friend? Who is he? Literally explain yourself. In a more cinematic sense, the acting is mediocre, the sets should have been more accurate to the books, the plot was horrid. To anyone wanting to watch this movie, READ THE BOOK FIRST. The movie is an utter tragedy.
