The Wheel of Time is very loosely based on a series of books of the same name, and that is, pretty much, where the resemblance ends. The script writers and producers have taken major liberties with the with every single character's story arc. They have changed things unnecessarily. If you are a fan of the books, you won't really find them here. If you can take the series as an independent entity, I suppose it's not bad. I am a fan of the books, and it is difficult for me to be a fan of this.
