E18S26 I’ve been watching the show for quite a while and like the show. Lots of ideas and great recipes. Just a comment about the knife block winner for $260 some dollars. One of the cheaper blocks were knocked out of the competition because the knife blade was exposed and was considered not safe because you could get cut. If you look at the winning block the serrated knife is up about 2-3 inches. I’m thinking that would be less safe. Just my opinion on what I saw.
