Good cinematography, but this movie portrays no story other than a white cop going out of his way to shoot a black man, with no change or any resolution. What kind of message are you going for, here? All I can see is a movie that is trying to cause more separation. Racism and discrimination exists, and it is an ACTUAL problem, but making a race-baiting movie like this helps nothing except give an even more negative view to all parties.
