I loved the picture I had never seen in the original, but why compare. Movies should stand on their own. This picture stood on the own as very entertaining, great acting, wonderful plot, and nuances of trying to recall where, in the mansion the very scenes occurred very creative and enjoyable. I don’t understand the negative reviews. Maybe they saw another movie.
