I cannot understand the present obsession with films almost shot entirely in darkness or near dark conditions. A turn off right from the first. The film itself is tortuous and a mess, with endless tripping in time...I can't explain why I watched to the end, I guess just to try to make sense of it. I read it is the first planned of a trilogy - well guess who will definitely not be watching the follow-ons if they are ever made.

As it is just dark (physically) end to end why not release it as an audio podcast! No time for this modern day black style of filming. Wate of 2.5 hrs of my life.

Very good technically and visually but the storyline and flow is terrible (and the sound quality). Must have been expensive to produce but what a wasted opportunity.
