Martin Beaver

This was so so. The acting was often a bit iffy, like the last five minutes of Hollyoaks, and the plot included many elements that I have seen done better in many genuine Scandi noirs. I'm not sure if the idea of having so many actresses of a similar age with shoulder length dark brown hair and similar features was deliberate - but often I didn't know who I was looking at. The best aspect was the cinematography, which made that part of Wales look as bleak as it is, but also as beautiful. The chap who shot it had a decidedly Scandi name. Must do better - or I'll give up during episode 2
