I ordered, this morning, what is advertised by you ---- Sharks---- as "excellent" for Tinnitus and any problems with pain. I was very careful placing the order because there are so many fraudulent transactions going around. I made sure that I wouldn't get a stock of six, great dedication in choosing the best which resulted in One bottle for $68 + One free. On filling the request, I was faced with a set of "capsules" and there was no place to place agree or not agree. So, I passed it on. I was very happy, sent it. Unfortunately, 5 minutes after I checked by email and there it was, a confirmation order in the amount of $129.88 for two bottles. I proceeded later, this was at 8am EST, to call and see what was going on and a saleswoman by the name of Bella, told me that is what I ordered. I ask myself!!! What type of business are you running? Is there a need to do this unlawful procedure with so many customers desperately in need of help? I have notified my credit card of this unlawful situation and will be waiting for these to post. I forgot to mention that there is another charge in the amount of $59.00. They will straighten this problem. What a shame!!!!!
