I had a very unbiased opinion because I haven’t seen the original, I enjoyed it, the cinematics where shot beautifully, the soundtracks where a brilliant choice for the style of the movie however the acting from FKA twigs was quite poor, and because of this there was no chemistry between the 2 characters which is the main plot of the movie. The first hour I was struggling to maintain concentration, their relationship had no sense of time, it could have happened over a week a day a month, couldn’t tell, it was just sex sex sex sex, that’s not love, that’s lust. Not convincing at all. Bill skarsgards acting again, was phenomenal and such a brilliant casting and I loved the tattoo inspirations from Lil Peep. He was extremely dark and convincing. The fight scenes where very powerful, unlike other movies which glamorise and downplays the goriness that comes with violence, the violence in the crow felt very realistic. The gun shots where super loud compared to the rest of the movie which made it feel as though I was there, in the film. The ending again felt super rushed and unfinished which felt super disappointing coming right after a huge fight scene, hence the 3 stars. Over all the characters introduction felt super rushed and their love for eachother wasn’t convincing either. I believe if they chose a different actress with more background in acting and if they had extended the movie for an extra hour this movie would have been a lot more successful.

Pretty impressive, some actors where perfect for the role, cgi was amazing, some scenes just made no sense though, especially the random mentions of sex every episode which they just threw in there. Some actors like maximus’s actor, awful at acting his face didn’t change once throughout the entire series, so unlikable, and just annoying

The plot was all over the place, the jokes were pretty bad, Conor mggregor should definitely just stick to fighting and leave acting to those who can actually act, and the shameless band promos every 10 minutes made the film feel like a Netflix written show that has to have some sort of musical element

used to love this as a kid, since they removed flash it hasn't worked for about 50% of its users, they have not fixed this for over 3 years now, have made no effort to update. ive lost years of gameplay and money

One of the best movies ive seen, although it may seem outdated its still funny to this day.

not great, the trailer was more exciting than the movie. The acting from the main girl was pretty bad, and her character seemed to have little to no depth behind and just seemed to mock goth stereotypes. Felt cheaply made, only really watched it for Cole spouse and he only had 1 line which was at the last second of the movie (disappointing). The film had potential if there was more time and effort put into the script.

Saddest part of it was the Australian kid losing his accent and sounding American

Movie was extremely disappointing. It was not advertised as a musical so we were horrifically shocked when they broke out into a song every couple of minutes which felt unnecessary, rushed and disjointed. The acting was awful, none of the characters had any sort of depth, half of them couldn’t sing that well and honestly felt like they just chose actresses with the biggest breasts and over sexualised them way too much. They skipped over the most important parts of the story and focused way too much on the boring aspects of it. The one alternative girl, Janis, was extremely dulled down in this remake, I’m assuming to not “offend anyone” which almost defeats the purpose of the movie which was focused on the rediculous ironic expectations of stereotypes. Won’t be rewatching and wished I’d drank more before watching it to make it more bareable
