I loved it. It’s predictable. Sometimes a little awkward (badlands sequence in the diner) and over the top (singing thunder road to his girl) but damn how can you not love this movie. The pure joy of finding yourself and grabbing the courage to make your way in this world regardless of prejudice, economic hardship or family expectations-that’s what this movie is about to me. Everyone should see it.
