Absolutely the best city builder I have ever played. Pleasant to look at with enjoyably complex and diverse content that lets you flex your creativity, not to mention a very involved dev team who are constantly making the game bigger and better. In addition to all of the vanilla content, there is also so much user-created content that you really can customize your city to be exactly the way you want it. The $30 purchase price is a steal for the amount of game you get. Highly recommended.
