Had an issue with the Loyalty program (refer a friend), but their support wasn't really able to do anything besides referring to FAQ / policies. I didn't get any satisfactory resolution so it set a pretty bad first impression for me in Ubisoft games in general, unfortunately.
Game is not bad so far, I would purchase again but maybe not from Ubisoft directly.
