It had some good moments and I enjoyed it greatly however there was an underline tone that I think needs addressing.
The fact that her dealing with misogyny somehow makes her a better hulk when the whole point of the hulk was to be so overcome with emotion that you became unstoppable. To quote the movie I-robot
Imagine there is a person who has put over 15 years into a profession, an old carpenter and they are making a beautiful chair, absolutely stunning.
Then someone comes in and builds a better chair twice as fast.
The only difference is that this time it's not because they've had the experience of 'Being a hulk'. It's because of their gender. :\ I found that demeaning to anyone who puts time and effort into anything, greatly so.
I get that Bruce is a fictional character but her being a pretty much 'Perfect' hulk right off the bat makes the 15 years of torture that bruce went through meaningless.
EDIT:
Ok, so just watched episode 2, MUCH BETTER, I am now actually resonating with her, I'm successfully rooting for her big time. For anyone planning to watch the she hulk, Take episode 1 with a grain of salt, she does say some pretty arrogant and stupid stuff but, episode 2 strays away from all of that and is much better plot wise. I already hate her new boss somewhat and I want her to stick it to the man.
