For the most part the romantic movie was moving in the right direction. However, in the finale it just ended up like an Indian Bollywood movie. I mean, Seriously Dawson's heart for Jared? Or the villain father shooting his own son, just like that?
They had to care more about the script not falling into a Bollywood trap. Anyway, the soundtracks were amazing.
