Eric Smith

Prior to The North Water, I had only seen Jack O'Connell in Godless (i.e., an outstanding western by the way) and thought him to be an amazing actor. He's one of those actors that can do so much, even without saying a word. In The North Water, he and all cast illustrate the high level of stress in a situation growing worse by the day.
