I love Arnold being funny. True lies is one of the best movies ever, but this is not that. He's trying to bring his charm to it but there is no interesting story, no compelling characters and awful dialogue. Also, if they are going to design the whole story arc around nuclear materials they should at least try to get it as accurate as a middle schooler using Wikipedia might. Even if you could get past the general boredom, knowing anything at all about nuclear power will be the last straw on this one.
