I find the show very interesting but the Nigerian doctor's accent is horrifyingly inaccurate and their research about the country is just poor. How can Dr Mina Okafor's mother open a hospital in Gombe which in reality is in the north but she is supposedly living and working in the eastern part of the country? If you must incorporate a different country, just try to make a proper research. Use people from those areas for a change.
