Took my order at 10 am for a 1 to 5 pm delivery. No delivery by 6 pm. Call at 6 pm to bloomex who says they sent an email stating they can not deliver on time. No email received. Corporate business gifts ordered. Refund offered after the holidays or delivery at 7 pm tomorrow night after our party. No managers to escalate the issue to just many sorry's. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
