Really engrossing. So good. You can actually relate to the characters. Every woman can, in fact. As a writer myself , who has recently published her Short stories book, Stories to touch your Soul and Poetry book, Windows of my Mind, stories in verse (available online on Amazon India and Flipkart) all based on real characters, I can truly understand how much work goes into each book. Admirable. She is one of the best writers, we have today. Both my mother, Vatsala Balachandran Warrier, a long time writer, from Bangalore and I, lady Indian writers enjoy each and every book of hers. Read the book on my mother's recommendation. She grew up during that era, just after independence so for her, several memories came flooding back.
