There's no more customer service here unfortunately.
Had to go back just to have a security tag removed as they did not remove and did not set of alarm. No apologies given and only cared for a receipt, which I already had out visibly.
No one is ever in sight to help.
Line is always huge, though have been staffing registers better.
A&F continues to go downhill. I wonder who trains the employees or do all of them just don't care, which I suspect is the case.
