Save yourself sometime, don’t watch this movie. Gorgeous settings in Morocco gets the one star. Super predictable, unrealistic and cringy plots. 1) Why would a writer choose this writer retreat to finish her book when she’s looking for a quiet place? 2) Why Owen joined his girlfriend for the trip but act like he’s bored. And when he’s around Katherine he’s all of the sudden talkative, charming and packed with jokes? 3) Why Owen can’t be supportive when his girlfriend got the big book deal, but he went freaking shopping with another woman and be all patient, curious and loving? 4) Why Katherine would go out with Owen and sleep with him when he didn’t tell her that his girlfriend cheated on him? 5) Why the movie wants to promote this kind of unrealistic and unhealthy romance? I don’t find Owen the character charming at all, consider how freaking fast he’s sleeping with another woman. He’s done with one writer and move on to another writer just like that? 6) Why the naked photo has to come when Lily is talking to Owen? And with a photo preview on a Lock Screen??? I don’t remember when was the last I saw someone has that. I can keep on going. So much to comment. Very disappointing movie. What a waste of my time. Beautiful actors tho.
