Casino Royal on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines Independence of The Seas SUCKS!!! Mostly due to Pit Bosses & Casino Host. I have sailed on more then 30 cruises we are Diamond guests on RCCL & signature status for Casino Royale. So we are avid cruisers & Gamblers to say the least. This past cruise on this ship was terrible in my opinion. Sail date 9/15/23 to 9/18/23 out of port Canaveral Florida. I will keep this review directed to The Casino because most everything else was Okay for the most part. I spent 19 hours in the casino on this 3 day sailing mostly roulette & some cards my average bets are $75 to $1000 per spin this complaint & review is for the incompetence of the Host & Pit bosses. I won overall and this cruise was free for a JR. Suite so im not complaining about losses here. My past cruise 3 weeks prior yielded in 17,364 points on the Wonder of the Seas and this cruise was more floor time & they awarded me with 6600 points & $150 free play plus free cruise they do not rate there players correctly on this Ship and I will not be returning to Independence of the Seas. If you cruise this ship be Aware and hopefully they change there ways. The pit Bosses hardly pay attention to big bets or players probably due to so many people and every table was full to the Max hard to get a spot. Hopefully things change and Good Luck everyone!!!
