The food is everything but Spanish. The ensaladilla got a lot of tuna and almost nothing of everything else and Mayo what it makes the ensaladilla. Sepia was okey but it was very salty what made it not pleasant to eat. Croquet was another plate we asked for and they would be okey if we could see the jamon and not just taste it. The last thing we tried was the callos. I only got one thing for the kitchen. Check some videos of how the autentic Spanish callos look like. To wash these food down we were ready to try the sangria . Impossible to drink cheap wine with fruit and agua de valencia it is not trinaranjus with ice. So you can tell my experience was terrible and I want to let you know so you guys can improve and your costumers can really enjoy Spanish food. One very helpful tip . If you go to Spain; the first thing you will find on the table is the bread. Spanish; not what you offer; and water. Hope these can help to get better
