Nithya Chidam

The movie is very real. Painful to watch as you know some people are actually supporting recovery but recovery is the hardest part of drug use. There is no saying if it will work or not. The pain of being around an abuser is seen in the family of David, his second wife and the children. It is heart wrenching but spoiler alert. Nic does survive.

The movie released in 2017, it is available on Amazon Prime. Watched it for Steve Carell and Bryan Cranston. It is a simple slice of life kind of movie. Heart warming, just as any war based movie. The acting seemed so real that you forget you're watching a movie. If you're a fan of the actors it is a must watch

Season 3 is amazing ! It is well written, the story ties all loose ends and everyone looks guilty. The themes of sexual assault, survival, life, rehabilitation is taken in an interesting manner. The lights, scene transition and dialogues are perfect.
