To make their game more reprehensible, the developers combined their unrealistic setting with all manner of queasy material in the Deep Web style. Gameplay is optimized to desensitize you to these horrors. It also trains you to hate the kidnapped woman shown at the start. These are the only ways in which anyone optimized this turd. For once, Let's Players should get medals if they stopped people from buying the game.
