People need to remember that the show has to be in a way dumb down for the non nurse population to understand it. A lot of these reviews are complaining about the accuracy in the terminology. Even a military show no I'm going to pick a part being military. But I understand some stuff just got to be laid out for the general population to grasp and connect with. But they need to have more real advisors on board. Also I wish I went to a hospital that had this much staff. I dont like how the staff bounce ALL OVER The hospital. The show could go a little farther...all they do is stand beside patients and talk to them.....never see them doing anything. May not be accurate but I still cry every episode.
