Some superb artists paint some fabulous portraits; but every week the pretentious judges vote through the work that looks like it has been done down a dark alley by someone who hasn't seen a paintbrush before. All because they can see something in it that the other 99.9% of the people can't.

As an action film Under Paris is pretty horrendous. As an unintentional comedy it is hilarious. The decisions of the characters are laughable, whilst the writer seems to have badly borrowed from every shark movie without any real depth. No pun intended.
