Car Chase Fan

When I owned this on VHS at probably 3 or 4 years old it struck a cord with me. I remember watching this movie endlessly around that time and I loved it. Nostalgia runs deeply when I look at anything to do with this movie even the sequels take me back. I used to own the sequels on VHS which I would watch as well. I now own the Blu-Ray and watching it now I still love it. My favorite character is Petrie voiced by Will Ryan he has a unique voice. The film is somewhat emotional at times, the saddest part I wont spoil but again it's cliched in every kids film. I wish Don Bluth was still in animation because they don't make them like they used to. Watch this movie if you have not, it's one of a kind.

Looking for a great action movie this might be the cure. This is such an original plot it feels like a classic that would not be made today. I was addicted to this movie because of the plot, you really feel for the main character and his journey. For some people this might be a tough watch as it deals with losing a loved one, this might be relatable as its part of the movies core. I felt sorry for him at one point or another as the emotions run strong in the other characters. The cinematography by Stefan Duscio is one of the best iv'e ever seen. Upgrade is now one of my new favorite action movies, got to love those fight scenes.

Best car movie ever made. It's a masterpiece in cinema, love the plot, actors, and actresses. This movie stands out to me for the way it was filmed and the way they stole cars in the 1970's. I will never forget the 40 minute long car chase because the Ford Mustang took so much damage it kept on going, the cops took desperate actions to stop the Mustang, this put me on the edge of my seat the entire time. From beginning to end this movie has an amazing plot it's like if it really happened, like a non-fiction story. All credit goes to H.B Halicki for making this masterpiece possible. If you want the original mono soundtrack get the VHS version or Betamax, avoid the DVD and Blu-Ray versions at all costs because it does not have it, I'm serious about this. This movie is perfect on any day. If you have not seen it do yourself a good deed and watch it now. Or better yet buy the VHS if you have not, you wont regret it. I've seen it dozens of times and it never gets old. 10/10: recommended for people who love movies.

Excellent! this movie has great CG and I really like the look of Godzilla, Kong is good as well. Here's a list of what I enjoyed the most: PRO'S: Outstanding CG, the monster scenes feel very realistic. Mini Kong was a very unique character, I like the raw emotions he shows to Kong. Very few movies do this nowadays with fictional CGI characters. The final fight scene in the city felt like the retro Godzilla movies except with a modern twist. CON'S: The Human Characters: half of the cast were as boring as waiting for a solar eclipse to happen, except it never happens. I'm staring at them in their boring modern day attire which does not look cool at all. The kid actress did an OK job not really a star performance but at least tried. I felt the biggest set back is this movie is too long to become a sequel to the original Godzilla VS Kong (2021). Overall I would recommend this on digital and not a buy on Blu-Ray.

This is loosely based on the 1980's T.V. series. Fans seeking nostalgia will be disappointed. Since I'm a sucker for action movies or any that revolve around car chases, I enjoyed this movie. The plot is solid well established but nothing new or something to be worth sharing for. I liked Ryan Gosling the most, he looks just like a stuntman. Every time he's on screen it seems like he can do anything. The final scene is good, reminds me of many other great chase movies. If you liked Bullet Train you will seriously enjoy this, if you did not you might have to turn elsewhere. Comedy wise its alright a few chuckles here and there, that's about it. Hopefully it arrives on Blu Ray soon so I can re-watch it. Highly Recommend it to viewers who love fun B-Movie popcorn flicks.
