Ok, so they left out the 20-year gap between Bilbo's party and leaving the Shire, selling Bag End and moving to the house in Buckland, the Barrow Wights and Tom Bombadil. But the rest was masterfully done and beautifully filmed and acted. Ian McKellen was born to play Gandalf! The rest were great, can't imagine anyone other than Viggo as Aragorn. If you have never read the books, you will love it. If you have, you will still love it!
