Thank you for your presentation, The Power of Big Oil part II. As an engineer and geologist with over 50 years of experience in the oil industry, I found the presentation fascinating. Like some of those who participated in the presentation, I paid little attention to Global Warming during my first 40 years in the oil industry. Busy and loving exploring for oil and gas, appraising discoveries and developing them in the offshore and onshore basins required long days and mostly 100 hour work weeks. With partial retirement, I devoted more time to learning about the science of Global Warming. My transition from skeptic, to unsure, to accepting global warming was long and nagging doubts still remain. Your show lacked scientific facts. There was too much talk, hearsay, innuendo and too little concise science interwoven to provide support for viewers to grasp the seriousnes and reality of Global Warming. I was left with a sadness that the show was like papers and presentations on Global Warming - too many adverbs and too few hard facts.
