I can appreciate all the tie ins to the original series but this book didn't hit right with me. I reread inheritance series every couple years but I'm seriously considering breaking the cycle. My a.d.d. won't let me just read the first 4 without reading Murtagh now too and I don't think I'll ever read Murtagh again. Murtagh is a rider with experience beyond his years but is written like a little baby.
