I've always loved the show but not as much this year. It zipped through too fast without seeing as much growth of all the contestants. I didn't get a chance to really feel invested in anyone so I don't even have a favorite at this point. I miss all the solos too. With the exception of a couple times, I haven't felt emotional or gotten super excited for the routines like I used to, rewinding to see the routines a second time. Also, why just have the studio audience vote? I miss the old platform. Having said all that, I will still watch new seasons because the show is a wonderful escape and I hope it continues. Past seasons would get a 5 star from me. This season only gets a 3 from me.
